Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association's efforts for Patient and Public Involvement
- Through providing information to patients -
In the pharmaceutical field, " Patient and Public Involvement " is one of important topic recently. JPMA aims to create an environment in which innovative pharmaceuticals are delivered and used safely and appropriately by incorporating patient voices from the drug development to post-marketing steps. To achieve this goal, provisions of clinical trial and medical information are being strengthened for easy to understand to the patients and all others. The current JPMA activities related to this will be introduced.
